Welcome to Sacramento

Those of us who live in this great golden city already know what a wonderful place it is to raise a family. But what if you are one of our many honored guests? SacramentoKids.net is Sacramento’s new home for discovering family fun in Sacramento.

goofygolfresize1The writers of this blog have children ranging from tiny babies, to big college kids, and everything in between. It is our hope that the information we provide here will help both visitors and locals alike; information on parks, restaurants, babysitting, museums, zoos, indoor trampolines, and much more.

Keep us marked and check back often.  Hopefully, we can help families discover gold together.

  1. I think this site is such a great help to parents. There is always a great need to find things to do in Sacramento that are affodable. Anyways, I thought I would share some cool news with you. I got a flier the other day from Old Sacremento about an event that The Sacramento River Cats are putting together for Parents and Kids; it is called Mommy and Me Day. Admission is free and the flier said it was for parents and kids 6 years of age and under. The event will be held on a non-game day, so that kids can have the field all to themselves. There will be free food and beverages, a visit from Dinger the mascot, games–soccer, running the bases, tee-ball. Kids and parents will also recieve a free pack too. The event is on April 28th from 10 am to noon. I hope the weather will be nice out for the event. I hope you all can pass this along to other parents. I know I appreciate it when parents pass along some good information to me.
