A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail at Big Idea Theater….. yes, it’s the holiday season and the fun is about to start!

It’s beginning to feel and look like the most magical time of year….. Yes, the holidays are upon us. Like it or not- they are here! And along with them comes all the fun and excitement of the holiday season.

We will be updating you with all the wonderful holiday festivities throughout the next couple of months. Brace yourself- there are LOTS of exciting happenings in the Sacramento area throughout the holidays. So keep your calendars open and get ready for some fun and magical memories to be made.

This weekend, you can start off by taking your children to the Big Idea Theater (located at 1616 Del Paso Blvd) to see A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail, inspired by A.A. Milne’s “Winnie-the Pooh. Everyone loves the lovable Pooh and all of his friends. And in this creative tail Eeyore has lost his tail.. He needs to figure out how he can enjoy Christmas without it! With a little help of his colorful friends- they will make sure to find it and help him have a wonderful Christmas.

Children will be invited to join in the festivities and will enjoy watching the live performance.

Show times are November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th and December 3rd at 11am and 2pm.

Tickets are only $5.

There will be a special performance on November 19th at 2pm and it will include a Pooh Bear and Friends “Time for A Little Something” holiday party following the show. Kids will be able to enjoy snacks, make crafts and receive gifts from their favorite characters. Tickets for this special day will be $8.

And on November 26h it will be “Pooh’s Free Day of Theatre” at 11am and 2pm performances will be FREE (reservations are recommended on this day).
