3/7 – Recycled Art Class at the Sacramento Children’s Museum – Join us every Friday at 3:30 PM for an art class. Every week children will get the opportunity to create using recycled materials. This class is included with admission and all materials are supplied. All ages welcome.

3/8 – Precious Plants at the Effie Yeaw Nature Center – Take a walk and discover how native plants are used for food, shelter, and games.
3/8 – Art Blast at the Crocker Art Museum – Each month a different work of art provides the inspiration for a memorable art-making activity for families with children ages 7 to 12. Families are welcome to drop in anytime during the program.
3/8 – Second Saturday Tour Series: Women’s History Month at the California Automobile Museum – March is Women’s History Month and will highlight the usually hidden history of women in the automotive industry. Free with museum admission.
3/8 – 3/9 – Dinosaur Stamp-A-Rama at the Discovery Museum – Make your own dinosaur fact book! Children ages 12 and under can use a dozen different dinosaur stamps and match them up with interesting prehistoric facts to construct a personal take-home memento. Remember to bring your camera for the many photo opportunities available in the Blast from the Past exhibit, featuring rocks, crystals, dinosaurs, volcanoes and fossils.
